Through Practice, The Circle Process has transformed me deeply, and, to be honest, at times, some of the transformation was painfully embarrassing, yet necessary. But I have witnessed my strength to unlearn, relearn, be broken open, expanded, heal, and be transformed. 

One of the greatest gifts I recieved from practicing the circle process so much:

Through Practice, I have come to realize that there is really no risk in being real, vulnerable, appearing as one who doesn’t have it all together, one who's breakable, even weak, often “wrong”. Realizing this and living in my truth, sharing from my truth has proven to be powerful because it allows others to feel me, know me, connect, support me... also it has allowed others to do the same, be real, to feel, be seen, and be supported. No need to cap or be fake.

Through Practice, I have become the embodiment of my core values of Love, Trust, Respect. 

Practicing the Process is a true gift. Open it.
